What is Ube? A starchy root vegetable from the Philippines with a vibrant purple color, sweet, nutty flavor, and creamy texture, making it popular in desserts like cakes, ice cream, and jams. Lauren pulled inspiration from her recent trips to Hawaii & Key West for this gem!

Our cakes & buttercream are made from the finest natural ingredients, real butter & never any shortening; therefore all cake products must be refrigerated unless otherwise noted & brought to room temperature prior to service.
